Nicole Laffan, Au.D., M.S., CCC-A/SLP
Dr. Nicole Laffan holds a dual certification as both an Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologist. Dr. Laffan has over 20 years of experience working in hospital, private practice, public school, private school, and university settings. Currently, she is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Northeastern University. Dr. Laffan provides direct services to patients, clinical supervision of graduate students, and teaches courses such as Introduction to Audiology, Aural Rehabilitation, and Childhood Language Disorders. She is the chair of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Her expertise and interests lie in the areas of amplification, aural rehabilitation, educational audiology, and communication disorders associated with hearing loss.
