The New York DeafBlind Collaborative (NYDBC) is a technical assistance and dissemination grant funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (10/1/2023 – 9/30/2028). NYDBC provides services to increase outcomes for children and youth who are DeafBlind between the ages 0-22, their families, educators and related service providers throughout New York State.
