Child Count & Eligibility
NYDBC is responsible for maintaining a child count of the number of children who are identified as DeafBlind (combined hearing and vision loss) between the ages of 0 – 22 who reside in New York State. There are several ways to register a student:

Note: A student can be registered either With Consent or Anonymously, see the registration for details.
